Placing
an order:
Please
e-mail
all orders. Orders will only be accepted via email. Cape Outdoor Sports will
respond to your order within 24 Hours. All quotations shall
take place on a pro-forma basis and will be valid for a period of 24 Hours from date
of issue.
Terms
of Sale and Purchase:
All
orders will be prepaid in full as per pro-forma invoice. WE do not accept Credit Cards.
Orders can be paid by Cash, cheque (subject to bank clearance
periods), Money order or direct transfer
from one account to the other.

An
order placed will be confirmed by us in the same manner in which it was
originally placed.
An
Email confirmation from Cape Outdoor Sports of your order as well as our
banking details will be Emailed to you if your order is received via
e-mail. This shall confirm your order
that has been received.
A
Pro-forma invoice will also be e-mailed to to you. An on line Currency
Converter facility is there for you convenience. Please bare in mind
that the currency of this web-site is the South African Rand.
Product Description, Orders, Payments
and Delivery
If
an order has been completed or is in the manufacturing process at
Cape Outdoor Sports according to the customers original request or order
and has been paid for by the customer the order cannot be changed for a
refund.
Cape
Outdoor Sports and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible.
However, Cape Outdoor Sports does not warrant that product descriptions
or other content of this website is accurate, complete, reliable,
current, or error-free. If a product offered by Cape Outdoor Sports is
not as described, your sole remedy is to return it to us or where the
product was purchased from in its unused condition, in its original
packaging and posted at your own cost.
Orders
are accepted via email only. Verbal orders are not accepted.
Due to the high risk of Credit Card Fraud, Cape Outdoor Sports does not
accept Credit Cards. Payment in full upon the order of your purchase.
Partial payments are not accepted and will not secure your purchase. Goods correctly
supplied and returned for credit carry a twenty five percent (25%)
return fee. All orders that have been paid for and ordered with the
relevant suppliers in good faith carry the same penalty fee upon
cancellation irrespective if the orders have not left the suppliers
factory or arrived in the country of destination. Cape Outdoor Sports
does not consider that the quoted delivery to be one hundred present
(100%) accurate. External factors such as weather, third party
involvement, shipping delays and other human factors are out of the
control of Cape Outdoor Sports.
Quotations:
When
requesting a quotation for purchase, the quoted price may vary from the
listed price. The quoted price will be valid for a period no longer than
24 Hours from the submission of our quotation.
Prices:
All
Prices reflected on this website (www.capeoutdoorsports.co.za
and www.jeep4x4.co.za) are the South African Rand.
All
prices on this website are subject to change without prior notice. This
may be due to increased manufacturing costs, Inflation, typographical
errors and other factors beyond our control.
For large orders or orders
with a high value please
e-mail us for a priced quotation.
Shipping
and Postage:
All
shipping shortages outside the border of South Africa are to reported
within 7 days from time and date of shipping.
For shipping shortages within the
borders of South Africa these shortages are to be reported within 24
Hours.
IN BOTH CASE THE SHIPPING SHORTAGES ARE TO BE IN RIGHTING AND
E-MAILED TO US DIRECTLY AS A MATTER OF PRIORITY.

All shipping and or postage will take
place via courier services. All goods will be delivered to the address
that the customer has supplied and confirmed via email. All delivery charges will be for the
customers account. Payment for postage and or shipping will be collected
via the courier service agent. For deliveries outside the borders of
South Africa, the customer must arrange collection from the destination
country.
Damages:
If
an item is received and is damaged or appears to be damaged, please endorse
the waybill upon receiving the goods. Tell the courier that the goods
appear to be damaged and explain the damages on the waybill.
ENDORSE
THE WAYBILL WITH YOUR COMMENTS IF YOU ARE NOT ENTIRELY HAPPY WITH THE CONDITION
OF THE GOODS RECEIVED.
CHECK
YOUR ORDER IN THE PRESENCE OF YOUR COURIER AGENT.
Please
complain to Cape Outdoor Sports via e-mail and we will intern complain
to the courier company. A copy of your waybill as well as the comments will be needed
by us to make your claim valid. Please
insure that all packaging, delivery receipts and alike are kept.
